Jebsen & Jessen Indonesia Bridging Connections and Inspiring Futures

In an era where connectivity is key, Jebsen & Jessen Indonesia Group has been steady in its commitment to fostering relationships with the next generation of Indonesian talent. The University Visit programme, initially launched to create awareness and establish a strong presence among the youth, has evolved over the years, adapting to the challenges posed by the pandemic.

The programme, which traditionally involved physical visits to universities, took a digital turn during the pandemic, providing an online platform for interaction. However, with the world gradually returning to normalcy, the University Visit programme has successfully transitioned back to offline events in 2023.

Highlighting key events from the program, we see the impactful journey of JJID representatives across prominent universities:

On May 31st, Dimas Nugroho from JJTI engaged with students at Trisakti University, Cynthia Lestari from JJII took the stage at i3L on June 8th, responding to the call of collaboration, Dwie Rizana from ITA conducted a webinar with Atmajaya University on September 6th.

Joining the HR Programme, Raja Hotmarasi from JJLI representated a groundbreaking collaboration with Indonesia University (UI) at the CISE Career Fair on October 5th. The collaboration with UI marked a significant milestone, signifying a deepened relationship between JJID and one of Indonesia's premier universities. The positive response from students and universities alike indicates the success of the program in not only creating awareness but also in building meaningful connections. The program concluded with visits to Bunda Mulia University and Mercubuana University, both led by Raja.

Throughout these events, the enthusiasm and openness of both students and universities towards collaboration with JJID were obvious. Students, in particular, demonstrated keen interest by posing numerous questions about JJID, career prospects within the company, and potential career paths.

A heartfelt thank you is extended to the dedicated speakers behind these engagements. Their time, energy, and willingness to engage in meaningful discussions have not only sparked interest but have also paved the way for potential future collaborations.

As the University Visit programme continues to bridge collaboration, inspire curiosity, and build connections, JJID remains committed to maintaining the aspirations of the young minds who will shape the future. The journey, though challenging, has been rewarding, leaving a memory on the hearts and minds of both students and the JJID team.

In closing, JJID expresses gratitude to all participants, universities, and, most importantly, the students who have made this journey a remarkable one. The University Visit program stands as a testament to the belief that meaningful engagement today seeds the innovations and collaborations of tomorrow.

See you next year!
